Client Objective
In 2018, four best-in-breed technology companies combined to become the new and much larger BeyondTrust. As the company launched in 2019, it tapped Meeting Expectations to design and execute a successful all-hands meeting for its 800-person dispersed and diverse workforce, most of whom were being introduced to their newly branded employer for the first time.
Solution
Meeting Expectations teamed up with BeyondTrust and quickly became an integral part of the client’s team. The ME team brought new ideas, helped the company manage the influx of employees from across the globe, secured overflow housing, and produced a five-day event which included offsite dinners and an awards ceremony – – all within the constraints of a host city, Atlanta, that was welcoming Superbowl attendees at the same time.
