At Riverbed’s sales kickoff (SKO) meeting, the company sought to inspire teamwork, networking and camaraderie for its more than 800 internal stakeholders.
Meeting Expectations created an experience that fostered connections between attendees outside of those they already knew and interacted with regularly, while instilling a sense of pride in their company. ME developed CSR project to benefit two local organizations, the Ronald McDonald House of Las Vegas and the Veteran’s Transition Resource Center. Attendee teams were assigned at random, and worked collaboratively to build bikes, design superhero teddy bears and create comic books stories encouraging the children these organizations support to be their own superheroes.
