As the first and largest community for Oracle users, OATUG brings people together to exchange insights and solutions. Thousands of members attend an annual conference brimming with valuable content and ample opportunities for networking. The challenge: how could we facilitate those connections year-round?
Solution
As part of a complete rebrand, Meeting Expectations evaluated platforms to allow users to find solutions in real time, while elevating experiences through members-only resources and communities. ME partnered with Higher Logic to create a digital community as the centerpiece of a new website.
Aptly called The Hub, the online community quickly became a focal point for member-to-member interactions. ME staff cultivates engagement, ensuring posts are helpful and finding volunteers to answer questions quickly.
