Known for: I often begin a sentence with “quick question” and then launch into a full blown story plot line (whoopsies!). I also reference Friends on the regular.

Loves: I love (and do my best not to kill) house plants, a good thrift store find and strong coffee.

Guilty as charged: I’m super guilty (and not at all ashamed) of binge watching Keeping Up with the Kardashians and indulging in fast food way too often.

At Meeting Expectations, Charlotte Boyd helps The Users Group (TUG) for Sage 300 construction and Real Estate maintain a thriving membership with ongoing education management, including the monthly distribution of TUG’s monthly newsletter.

For TUG’s national conferences and regional workshops, Charlotte manages event registration, enabling TUG members to connect and exchange knowledge throughout the year. She also liaises with TUG’s board of directors and volunteers, helping shape membership and educational strategies.

Prior to Meeting Expectations, Charlotte worked in childcare program coordination and mental healthcare. She worked at the YWCA of Lower Cape Fear in Wilmington, NC, where she was both a marketing coordinator and childcare program coordinator. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology.
