Cindy Force is the director of marketing and communications for the Oracle Applications & Technology Users Group (OATUG). In this role, she is responsible for developing and disseminating messaging designed to reach OATUG members and non-member prospects. She oversees the development and distribution of various OATUG communications vehicles, including a quarterly magazine, several electronic newsletters, social media channels, public relations, direct marketing and the OATUG website.
Prior to joining Meeting Expectations, Cindy served as a marketing manager at TAPPI, an association serving technical professionals in the pulp and paper industry, and handled marketing for Poseidon Technologies, a provider of computer-aided drowning detection systems. She also has worked in business development and/or marketing roles for consulting firms delivering change management, professional development, career development and performance management consulting, training, research and learning design services. Cindy’s career also includes selling structural steel beams and a long-held, dual career as a fitness instructor and consultant.
