Jamie Reed is an association manager for Meeting Expectations, responsible for the day-to-day operations of her client account, and serves as meeting planner for its annual conference. Just a few of her duties include maintaining membership, preparing annual association and conference budgets, working closely with the executive committee and board of directors, and last, but certainly not least, Jamie handles the coordination and execution of the annual conference. She manages hotel relationships, ensuring the client stays on budget, prepares food and beverage orders and serves as the primary contact for all conference attendees and presenters.
Prior to joining Meeting Expectations, Jamie was the manager of administrative services for the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Jamie is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a minor in English.
