Rachel Keyes joined the Meeting Expectations team in 2017 as senior site selection coordinator. She helps to source hotels for client programs that range from 50-500 room nights on peak. By creating RFPs, presenting and mapping the space and negotiating hotel contracts when necessary, she helps Meeting Expectations clients find the best fit for their programs.
She has gained wide-ranging experience in the industry by serving as event and operations intern with Centennial Olympic Park, Destination South Meetings and Events and The Coca-Cola Company.
Rachel graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in restaurant, hotel and meetings management and a concentration in meetings and event planning with a minor in general business.
