Loves: Traveling onsite and getting to see the events come to fruition and meeting all the people I talk to leading up to the event. In my personal life, I love my family more than anything, fur babies included.
Guilty as charged: Binge watching The Office, trying to finish your sentence (sorry!) and playing Farm Heroes on my phone.
Robin Rosmarin serves as the Customer Engagement Manager for a variety of clients. She is responsible for ensuring that the registration services, including websites, registration forms and mobile apps, as they relate to client events, are effectively managed, while also maintaining a good relationship with the client and their team.
Robin joined Meeting Expectations in January of 2020. Prior to joining the ME! team, she held positions with several large 3rd party planning agencies and has been involved in every aspect of planning and executing events of all sizes and for all types of corporate and association clients. Her biggest strengths are managing registration and learning new technologies to help support events. Her biggest accomplishment was creating and managing the registration process for a 3,000 person European conference and expo.
As a native of Atlanta, Robin enjoys the four seasons of living in Georgia. Her favorite things to do around town are hang out at Piedmont Park on a sunny day, go to one of the many spring or fall outdoor festivals and listen to live music at of Atlanta’s many live music venues.
Robin holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Georgia. She is currently studying to become a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP) through the Customer Service Institute of America.
