As a senior marketing manager on the Marketing and Creative Services team, Shawn is responsible for identifying marketing needs and implementing strategies to raise corporate and consumer awareness, increase association membership, and supporting successful events. Shawn currently oversees marketing for the Oracle Applications & Technology Users Group (OATUG) and the Billiard Congress of America (BCA) through event and association marketing, as well as providing brand marketing for Meeting Expectations.
Shawn joins Meeting Expectations after several years of project management and marketing for government, entertainment, sports, and health/wellness programming. Through prior industry work, he has advanced skills in partnership synergies, identifying and reaching target audiences, and creative, effective execution of marketing strategies to achieve company, community, and individual goals.
Shawn holds a BA in mass communication and journalism from The University of Southern Mississippi and serves as vice president for the Movers + Pacers run club in Atlanta, Georgia.
