As managing partner for Meeting Expectations, Brian helps the Meeting Expectations leadership team with improvement initiatives for the company at large.


As former president of Meeting Expectations, Brian oversaw the overall strategic direction of the company. In addition, Brian led executive development, key customer contact and the overall financial performance of Meeting Expectations. During Brian’s tenure as president, Meeting Expectations attained 90% or better client and staff retention rates. Meeting Expectations also won a number of awards, including a longstanding position on the Corporate Meetings & Incentives CMI 25 list (a list of the 25 largest and most influential North American meeting and incentive planning companies) and the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Best Places to Work. In 2010, he spearheaded the creation of Meeting Expectations consulting practice, Ascend Consulting, Inc.

  • In his free time, Brian enjoys playing the guitar and he is an avid cyclist.
  • Brian’s favorite things are backpacking and traveling with his family.
  • Brian graduated from the University of Florida and has reunited with his college roommates at least once a year for the past 30 years.
