Carly Sullivan

Site Selection Manager
Sites Selection Manager Carly Sullivan sources, negotiates and contracts hotels and venues for small to mid-sized programs. As part of her role, Carly liaises with corporate, association and incentive clients to research, review and evaluate venue proposals.




Carly is a graduate of Virginia Tech where she earned a Bachelor of Science in hospitality and tourism management.


Prior to joining Meeting Expectations, Carly was the event coordinator for The Ride to Conquer Cancer in Washington, D.C., which benefits the John Hopkins University, Kimmel Cancer Center. Carly also served as special events coordinator for Gensler, a global architecture design firm in Washington, DC.

• Carly is the volunteer event director for the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association Annual Awards.
• Carly’s favorite sports teams are the Boston Red Sox and the Virginia Tech Hokies.
• Carly enjoys taking her dog, Ginger, on walks through Piedmont Park and on the Atlanta Beltline.
