Molly Sausaman

Senior Association Manager
Molly closely with board members and volunteers to advance the goals of their association. Molly has a strong background in the association management world and currently leads the American Beekeeping Federation as Executive Director.


Molly received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois-Chicago.


Previous to Meeting Expectations, she worked at the Geospatial Information Technology Association in an operations management and business administration role. Her experience includes marketing strategy development, website development and maintenance. She also managed operational, financial and strategic initiatives as the operations director for the Rocky Mountain Insurance Information Association.

Coloradans Against Auto Theft (CAAT) – Financial Officer, Steering Committee, Colorado Teen Driving Alliance – member, Colorado Task Force on Drunk & Impaired Driving – Communications Subcommittee, Colorado Wildlife on the Move Coalition – member, Colorado Society of Association Executives (CSAE) – Communications Committee, Editorial Committee, Mountain States Employers Council (MSEC) – member.

Fun Facts

• Molly can communicate in Spanish but is no longer fluent.
• William Clark of “Lewis and Clark” has a branch in Molly’s family.
• In 2010, Molly won a Grassroots Innovation Award for the Showalter Political Innovation Program.
