Robina Wahid has over 15 years of experience in meeting planning. At Meeting Expectations, Robina oversees logistics for corporate incentive trips and meetings, ensuring a positive experience for each client organization, such as Arby’s, Manhattan Associates and Marketo. In her previous role with Transamerica, Robina served as director of engagement events and was responsible for all aspects of event production. Her focus was on overseeing the important details essential to successful events, including contract negotiations and vendor relations.
Robina is a graduate of Georgia State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
Prior to Transamerica, Robina worked as a senior manager of program outcomes at M2Creative/Access TCA, a meetings industry service provider, lending her great perspective the important role of third-party vendor organizations in delivering a successful event. Her foray into the world of meeting planning began early in her career, when her role included management of awards and specialty gifts for corporate events and incentive trips.
